I studied Health Promotion and Dance throughout college. During that time I realized my passion for fitness and wellness. The fitness industry is ever changing and there is always more to learn. I believe exercising and eating right is the answer to living a longer, happier lifestyle and I hope to inspire others to start pursuing a better quality of life. I enjoy being in the gym and look forward to helping others reach their fitness goals.
