Fitness has always been important for as long as I could remember. From starting sports (Baseball, Soccer, Golf) at a young age, being active has always come second nature to me. I was used to being the bigger kid on the playing field, so strength would come to my advantage over speed. Moving to a new town at 15 dismissed me from the competitive style I was accustom to. My weight dramatically changed, going from 185lbs to 282 in the course of 18 months. After failing to make my schools soccer team, I knew it was time for a change. I began small by eliminating fatty foods and soda from my diet. I also began to use the gym membership I had and made an effort to start going hard 6 days a week. After a year of training, I dropped over 100lbs and dropped 12% body fat! The trials and tribulations I've endured have given me the strength to do what I do now; Change lives.
