My motivation to be a part of fitness field came when I first joined a gym at 15. By 18, I got certified to help others reach their goals. I love how good it feels to be fit. As a trainer, I am able to help people regain their lives by building strength and reducing pain with proper training. It is very rewarding to see my clients gain confidence by building their knowledge in fitness and nutrition and reaching their goals. Commitment is a two-way street, therefore, even 5 am sessions are rewarding-if a person is committed. It's all about how bad you want it.
