Greg Bell is passionate about fitness and helping others! In pursuit of these passions, Greg studied Health at Prairie View A&M University and graduated in 1998. While doing so he discovered he has a great ability to help others through wellness. Greg has always been active in different sports, and has used that experience to develop cross training routines to maximize performance. Since then Greg has continued to help others get healthier by designing specific regimens that work for them. Now as a member of the 24 Hour Fitness Team, Greg Bell has a greater opportunity to remove barriers and help others achieve their goals. Greg is a firm believer that wellness begins with fitness!
