I am a certified Personal Trainer through American Council of Exercise. My life has been full of fitness activities and a love for incorporating healthy nutrition in my life. I have been a part of many sports programs such as basketball, softball, volleyball, dance, and gymnastics. I trained for each one differently, each of which provided me with a vast amount of knowledge in health and fitness. I work best with clients ranging from late 20's to late 60's who are trying to lose weight and regain health. I spend a lot of time on each clients fitness program that is designed to ensure that they are getting the results they are specifically striving for. Just as important as reaching their goal, I make sure they stay motivated while having fun with their new lifestyle change!
