Bio

I recently moved to the Bay Area from New York, where I started on my road in fitness as both a High School and College Track and Cross Country runner. It was my High School Coach that truly inspired me to get into training. When I needed motivation and guidance he was there, he kept me focused on my goal and pushed me to be better. Over the years since, I have taken what he has taught me and combined it with over a decade of both competitive and training experience in the fitness industry and am excited to be out here helping you reach your goals and get in shape!!!! Fitness has helped me be more aware of what I am eating, it has given me more energy, more confidence, more drive and motivation! I can help you feel the same too!
