At 19,I weighted 275 pounds and lived a sedentary lifestyle smoking a pack of cigarettes a day. I had so many bad habits in nutrition like late night binging and fast food runs. I realized that this life is a gift and our bodies are sacred. I decided to change my lifestyle, and in doing so lost over 85 pounds. Now motivated by my past experience, I am dedicated to helping as many people as possible to achieve their fitness goals.
