I became a personal trainer to make a difference in people lives who never took fitness serious. I started out at 284lbs before realizing that fitness first begins with the individual and that person was me. After 14 months of 6 day a week workouts I was able to transit my body all the way down to 180lbs tops but i felt weak and needed to get stronger. I got into weight-lifting and put on 40lbs lean mass and loved the power that came with it. My passion now is to help others reach their fitness goals, especially those who don't know where to start.
