My journey with fitness started when I was five years old as a gymnast. From that time forward I was hooked. I found myself engaging in any fitness activity that I could be a part of.
At age 12, I started track and field and competed in the 100 and 200 meter events. I was always passionate to learn more about fitness and sports, so earned my BS degree in Physical Education and became a part of the weight lifting team during my four years in college.
My journey as a personal trainer began at the age of 18 where I worked at Samia Alluba Center which has a reputation as being one of the best fitness clubs in Egypt. The knowledge that I have accumulated, along with 14 years of experience in the industry working with clients with different needs has made me more than confident that I can help transform the lives of others.
In my 10 years at the Samia Alluba Center, I trained over 17,000 sessions. During the 4 years I've been with 24 Hour Fitness, I have trained over 7,000 sessions.
I specialize in sport conditioning, post rehabilitation, injury prevention and working with older adults to achieve a functional and healthy lifestyle.
