Health and fitness is a big part of my life. I have been a trainer at 24 Hour Fitness since 2005 and I have worked with a variety of clients, ages 12 years to 70. When working with a client my main focus is weight loss and building muscle. As I have battled with weight through out my life, I understand it is not always easy to lose the weight. I try to make working out fun and I try to motivate my clients as much as possible to reach their goals
