I have always been passionate about fitness. I started competitive gymnastics at age 3 and competed for 7 years. I then played club volleyball for 6 years and was team captain of my high school volleyball team at Dana Hills High School. I also did lyrical, jazz, ballet, and modern dance. In college, I participated in gymnastics, theater, volleyball, and crew as well as trained for half-marathons. I decided to become a Personal Trainer in order to help educate others and assist them in achieving their fitness goals. I want to encourage people to live a healthy lifestyle and I challenge people to be the best they can be.
