I love changing lives through fitness, redefining what is considered difficult and challenging preconceived notions of an individual’s fitness levels and goals. I have always lived an active lifestyle. At the University of California Riverside, I obtain my first personal training certification through AFAA (Aerobic Fitness Association of America – 2006). I trained one-on-one as a personal trainer and created/taught a class called “POWER CIRCUIT” (similar to 24 Hour Fitness’s “Body Pump”). After I graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, I moved back to Los Angeles to join the corporate world. However, I never stop training myself and my loyal clients. I have trained everyone from high school athletes looking to make the varsity team (using static strength, negative, forced negatives, and explosive dynamic training) to retired professionals who want to improve their golf swing and focus on fall prevention (using balance and functional training). I joined 24 Hour Fitness in March 2012 and since then I have obtained a certification for Personal Training through NCSF (National Council of Strength and Fitness) and NASM- PES (National Academy of Sports Medicine -Performance Enhancement Specialist). I bring a total body approach to training that will challenge your strength, cardio endurance, balance and mental focus, all of which will help US reach YOUR fitness goals.
