My name is Sam. Since the age of 14 fitness has been a major priority in my life. Being an overweight teenager was the beginning to my fitness endeavors. Seeing the way my body had changed from an active youth, to an overweight teenager and into a fit teenage inspired me to help others facing the same journey. Keeping the weight off, and seeing the growth and change in my own body was surreal.

I believe that if I can do it, YOU can do it! My goal is not to make someone lose weight, but to change their outlook. I want them to believe "I CAN lose weight, and I WILL lose weight." I want their gym experience to be positive and for them to reach their personal fitness goals. I feel the work ethic and dedication to losing weight, and putting time in at the gym is barrelled to many aspects of life. "Crawl before you walk, and sprint to the finish."
