I'm Anna, a certified personal trainer through ACE (American Council on Exercise) and 24 Hour Fitness. I see myself as a partner in my clients' goals and offer nutritional and overall health guidance, as well as round-the-clock support. I enjoy being a personal trainer for many reasons. First and foremost, I love working out and healthy living. When we are healthy, it motivates us in more areas of our lives then we can imagine. Fitness is not just something that I try to teach my clients, but it's something that I live by. Whether you are looking to get more toned, train for a particular event, or learn how to create your own workout, I will be there every step of the way.
I've completed the Magellan Development Group Half Marathon multiple times and the one thing that I've learned is that anyone can accomplish anything that they set their mind to. My philosophy is to set goals for my clients, both long term and short term. Through different techniques that will involve strength training, circuit routines, cardio and core work, we will together achieve these goals. Each program is designed to progressively improve your strength, flexibility, cardio stamina, and overall fitness.
