I grew up in a home where sports and exercise played a big role in everyday life. But, as I got older, I began to see exercise and fitness more as a necessity than just a hobby. I dug deeper and deeper into how the body works, functions, what it needs by means of nutrition, mobility and strength. We only get one body, so we should train it in a way that enables us to get the most out of our performance, and out of life. I love being able to share my passion and help others get the most out of their life through training, whatever specific goals you have and results you want. Everyone deserves to feel strong, move better and concur whatever goals they have in life. Maybe that steps up your game in a sport, be able to play with your grand kids, or feel good about what you see in the mirror. Train with purpose.
