I began my career in fitness as an aerobics instructor. I enjoyed teaching and the interaction with my class participants. Eventually I transitioned into personal training and found that I also enjoyed working one on one with individuals. I discovered that a lot of the tools/knowledge I gained doing group exercise translated over into my personal training. I love motivating my clients and helping them to become stronger, healthier and happier!
