I have always been interested in fitness and coaching. My exercise science journey has taken me through a university degree, exercise physiology research, Division 1 NCAA strength and conditioning, group fitness and personal training. I've chosen to pursue personal training because I enjoy working individually with my clients to help them move better, feel better and perform better. This can be through weight loss, strength gain, increases in cardiorespiratory fitness, or increases in joint mobility. I look forward to meeting you!
