I have always been into sports and athletics, namely basketball. Basketball is a very physically demanding sport and I learned that the hard way when I tore my ACL for the first time my sophomore year in high school. During my rehab I learned how important it was that I work on my body and not just my hoop game. More importantly how fitness plays a role not only in an athletics but everyday life and how much better if feels when you are living healthy. Many people have either dealt with being overweight or underweight, I have dealt with both. I know how depressing it can be to want to live a healthier life or reach a fitness goal and not know where to begin. This is what motivates me as a trainer, helping others reach and surpass their fitness goals and lead a healthier lifestyle as quickly and as safely as possible.
