As a personal trainer I take the success or failure of your goals personal. My main purpose as a trainer is to help my clients understand the meaning of a lifestyle. Although I know the importance of attaining a certain goal, such as losing weight or firming up, I also teach the benefits of continually striving to live a healthy lifestyle. That would include a lifelong passion for healthy eating, getting regular exercise, cutting back on unhealthy habits and living this way on a daily basis, not just to look good for a certain event. I have been a personal trainer and nutrition coach for more than 10 years. I have had much success in helping people achieve their goals as well as teach them about healthy eating.
