I have been involved in fitness my whole life. I played competitive basketball since I was ten and all the way through junior college. Through that I was able to develop a love for training and total body health. I have lived for two years over seas and was able to further develop my love for training as well as gain new knowledge in all aspects of fitness. I really enjoy working with all different types of people especially in the areas of sports training, strength training, and transforming peoples bodies. When I train someone it's all about having fun, seeing results, and completing plans and goals that we set out to do, and also being able to relate what your doing to your daily life!
