My interest in nutrition and fitness developed through my years of playing soccer. I realized how important food and exercise was to sustain a healthy body. I dove into the science of nutrition, earning my degree and developing my skills as a Nutrition Counselor. In order to achieve total wellness, regular exercise in collaboration with proper nutrition is vital. With this knowledge, I dove into the fitness world. I am always looking for ways to grow, excel and learn. I take this mentality and pass it along to my clients. My approach to health and wellness is very individualized; I develop plans that cater to your specific needs in order to sustain your health.
