I have played competitive sports all my life. After completing some sports medicine classes late in my high school career, I knew that health and fitness was my passion. I became a Personal Trainer in 2000 and instantly found a love for the way the human body works and helping people achieve amazing life changing goals.
I moved down to Southern California in 2003, obtained my Physical Medicine Assistant Diploma and was a viable contributor to two well established physical therapy clinics. I increased my knowledge of the human body by getting my Massage Therapy License. I am working with all kinds of clientele including professional athletes such as Chuck "TheIceMan" Liddell and riders of the AMA Pro Road Racing Series which has allowed me to travel around the U.S. I am currently attending PIMA Medical Institute to earn a degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
