All throughout my childhood I was a very chubby kid who loved to just eat anything. Husky is probably a better word. In high school I joined the track team which helped lose a lot of weight but I wasn't quite where I wanted to be. I eventually reached a point where I wanted to change my body physically and see how far I could push it. When I got to college I went full force. I studied Kinesiology, joined the rowing team, and started lifting consistently. I decided to up the ante and try preparing for a bodybuilding competition. It was through this that I learned the real importance of nutrition as I had made better gains and progress mentally and physically than all the years before combined. I decided to get certified as a Strength and Conditioning coach and Nutrition Coach so I could help inspire and achieve the same progress with other people and help them reach their goals the best way that fit them. Through that I have also worked as physical therapist aide in several different PT clinics and worked with the URI football team and athletic training center to train and rehab NCAA college athletes. Nutrition and fitness truly is my passion and I am always looking to learn more and grow more so that I can better serve my clients.
