Lalo has devoted his life to improving the health and fitness of his clients and team. He has the belief that anyone can improve their fitness lifestyle with effective programing and hard work. As a former college basketball player, and an All American Strength and Conditioning Athlete, he knows exactly what it takes to be above average.
Lalo has learned from the top fitness professionals in the industry. During his college years, Lalo learned very early on from his Strength and Conditioning coach what safe, efficient and results-driven programing looks like. In the last 6 years, he has dedicated his time to continuing education including, TRX Suspension Trainer clinics, Perform Better Summits, and Strength clinics from local colleagues.
With a passion for the human body and continuing education, he strives for the success of his clients by educating and inspiring them to achieve their fitness goals.
