Every day I have goals that I set out for myself. These goals may be short term goals and some may also be long term. Before entering college I played basketball for several years, and I learned the importance of proper nutrition and fitness regiments in order to play at my maximum capacity. After entering college I realized that I wanted to accomplish a bigger goal, which was to become a competitive triathlete. Accomplishing this goal was no easy task, it required me to step outside of my comfort zone and train at a superior level. I decided that I wanted to share this passion, enthusiasm, and dedication that I have for fitness with others. Any goal of yours can be accomplished, and I would be glad to be a part of your fitness journey.
