Jay has eight years as a fitness life coach and applications in Personal Training, Sports Performance Conditioning and Pilates He utilizes a scientific progressive rational for program design to correct muscle imbalances and postural distortions and preventative injury training to maximize daily performance. His progressive training model includes functional training and conditioning through alternating and manipulating environments that are supportive and challenging. This includes increasing flexibility, stability, core, strength and power. His primary objective is to provide a fun and safe training environment that incorporates science and logic to meet his clients short-term, long-term and personal goals.
