For as long as I can remember I have always been active, playing sports, running, weight training, and just enjoying living a healthy life. However, before I was hooked on fitness I have had personal experience battling weight loss issues, and have only found success through proper nutrition, exercise, discipline, and patience. Eventually, my love for fitness persevered and I began my journey as a Group Fitness instructor, teaching TKB and Boot Camp classes with focus on HIIT. Since the beginning as a Group Fitness Instructor I have provided excellent care to many participants including disabled, elderly, and athletes. In 2012 I have decided to expand my expertise from group exercise to personal training. I truly enjoy the one-on-one interaction of personal training, which, I belive, gives me a better opportunity to help people make healthy, permanent lifestyle changes. With my experience in weightlifting, nutrition, and endurance training, I will develop a program to guide you towards achieving your goals in a safe, trusting and enjoyable environment. Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle development, proper posture, cardiovascular endurance, you name it, there is a plan! My goal as a trainer is to motivate and educate my clients towards a healthier lifestyle. I'm filled with excitement and gratification to change peoples lives!
