I became a trainer because I value people, I value health and fitness, and i love to coach and encourage people in transforming their lives. I fully believe if I impact a person's physical health, it will translate to all areas of their life. i focus on functional training and enjoy working on balance and stability, injury prevention and rehab, and practical, life long fitness and nutrition practices.
