Hi, I’m Tawna, Master Trainer, Assistant Fitness Manager and Group X Instructor for 24 Hour Fitness. I have over 10 years experience as a Certified Personal Trainer and I specialize in sports injuries and weight loss.
I hold six national certifications, including the National Academy of Sports Medicine’s Sports Fitness Specialist, Performance Enhancement Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialist. I have trained over 9,000 personal training sessions at 24 Hour Fitness, which has given me the experience and expertise to help clients with difficult needs.
I myself have struggled with a sports injury from running, and can empathize with the difficulty of getting your body back to doing what you love. It’s a tough process but it’s not impossible -- your body just needs to get stronger through flexibility, core and strength training, which is what we’ll work on together.
My programs are comprehensively designed to meet your individual needs. I create fun, effective and challenging workouts that will get you to your goal as soon as possible. Come to one of my Boot Camp or Cycle classes and you will see what I’m talking about!
