Six years ago I started lifting weights to look better and to gain confidence. I started out with bad form, lifting heavy weights that I could not properly handle and was injured several times. After lifting consistently for about 8 months with little to no results I decided to learn the correct way to train. It took some time but I taught myself correct form and also taught myself about nutrition and exercise science. with proper training and diet I transformed myself and am now the fittest I have ever been. I already possessed the skills and experience but I wanted to learn the science behind it and also share my knowledge with others so I decided to become a personal trainer.
