I grew up playing sports and started lifting weights at a very early age. Then in 2005 I had a torn ACL while playing football and I lost a lot of muscle, and gained a considerable amount of body fat. After surgery and countless hours of physical therapy I was able to get back into shape and resume playing sports. I have continued to strengthen my legs to ensure that I would not have any more knee problems, also to continue to better myself and others
