I became a trainer to guide and motivate others to reach their personal fitness goals. I have a passion for nutrition and program design, which are two aspects of personal training that I highly stress with my clients. I know what it's like to transform your body and attain personal goals, and as a result it truly excites me when I can play a role in helping my clients to come closer to or achieve their goals. My programs generally appeal to clients that are looking to gain strength, increase muscle hypertrophy and functionality. In addition, I have had many successes with my weight loss clients.
