I decided to become a personal trainer because I love interacting with
new people everyday and sharing my passion for fitness. I played
Basketball, Track and Field, all four years of high school. After I
finished high school my passion for fitness really started to grow as I
worked out in the local gym.
I want to be a positive role model and I feel fitness is a great
way to get to know people, build connections, and to give them confidence. I want to
inspire people to better themselves not just physically, but mentally to
endure life and have fun doing it.
Since I discovered my passion, I have worked with people from all
fitness levels with diverse goals. I worked with college and high school
athletes, improving their game while reducing their risks of injury. I
enjoy being a personal trainer because I can help clients reach their
fitness goals. My training style is to have fun while working out hard.

I have now turned my passion for fitness into a career. I strive to pass
on my knowledge to help people reach their fitness goals and improve
their overall quality of life.
