Six small meals a day is the healthiest way to eat, right? WRONG. Obesity and health problems continue rise. Yet, more Americans are exercising and dieting then ever before. The problem is common methods and advice circulating the health industry are wrong. I see myself as an educator in health and fitness. My motivation comes from being able to share my knowledge and experience with people eager to learn.
