Bio

Six small meals a day is the healthiest way to eat, right? WRONG. Obesity and health problems continue rise. Yet, more Americans are exercising and dieting then ever before. The problem is common methods and advice circulating the health industry are wrong. I see myself as an educator in health and fitness. My motivation comes from being able to share my knowledge and experience with people eager to learn. Weather you are seeking information about losing weight, building muscle or rehabilitating an injury, I am ready to teach. My training programs, backed by peer-reviewed research studies, produce results. Come in and see me and I will show you how "six meals a day" is not the best.
