My successes at 24 Hour Fitness include helping a marathon runner cut over 50 minutes off their time. Another client lost 50 pounds. A young man graduated from basic weight lifting techniques to Olympic lifting techniques. In addition, one woman passed her F.B.I. physical fitness test requiring her to be able to do over 30 push ups, run faster than a 52-second 300-meter dash and do more than 40 sit ups in sixty seconds. Finally, I have helped numerous men and women rehabilitate their way back to health, look and feeling better.
