I became interested in physical fitness when I was working as a chef, and I was feeling unhealthy, and wanted to learn a healthier lifestyle. I began experimenting with healthier cooking and exercise and saw a great change in myself. Since then I have been practicing personal training and have helped many individuals reach their personal fitness goals. I enjoy working with people on weight loss, functional movement patterns, strength training, and many other gaols. I am passionate about fitness because of how much it has changed my life.
