At first, fitness and working out were a chore for me. I would work out blindly, unsure if what I was putting my body through had any purpose. For whatever reason I kept going, slowly I not only saw results, I felt them-- strength, speed, endurance. At the realization of these attributes, I had gotten a taste of improvement and became addicted.
Over a course of years I put my body through trials and many errors. Through study I learned how to effectively and safely approach my goal. The more I learned the more I noticed how inefficient my time in the gym had been spent. Fitness is ever changing and without learning the changes a simple goal can become an elusive one. I train because I have a passion for fitness, one I would love to share with anyone who would listen.
