I specialize in post re-hab, clients needing to strengthen deconditioned or atrophied muscles, core training, and people looking to improve strength and/or lean body mass.
I became a personal trainer because I enjoy helping others achieve their goals. Seeing someone obtain their goals gives me great joy and a sense of accomplishment.
I love to train clients that are enthusiastic and willing to put in the effort tho achieve their fitness goals. Seeing my clients progress in their physical fitness keeps me motivated to make sure that I don’t fall behind and get too comfortable in my own fitness.
