I struggled with weight for many years until I hit a low point in my life. I made my bad choices which included eating junk and process food every day. Those choices combined with a poor exercise routine led to low energy and lack of motivation. I decided to make a life style change. I was inspired to become a personal trainer because of my transformation.
As a fitness motivator, my ultimate goal to help my clients cut ties with old habits and to build a foundation that they will carry for the rest of their life.
