I became a trainer in October of 2001. I have always had a passion for helping people. I spent the first five years of my career in gaining knowledge and experience on how to develop a disciplined more structured workout regime that clients could follow and be successful. Somewhere around the end of 2005 I moved to Austin and spent another 4 years studying doctor Kleminsky's articles and a natural athlete whom helped to increase my knowledge drastically on the components of nutrition, in which allowed me to compete in the natural bodybuilding. In 2008 I won the Texas Shreeder Showdown Heavyweight class , Alamo Showdown 2008 heavyweight class and numerous other placings over a period of 8 natural bodybuilding shows. Along with this knowledge I spent 4 months developing a new level of skills with emt-basic which helped me understand what my clients were experiencing and how to personalize their regime to make it effective for that individual. Shortly after EMT I joined the fire service where I utilized my knowledge in nutrition and exercise to help graduate at the top of my class and complete my first combat challenge in which I got addicted. Shortly afterwards I moved to the woodlands in which I continued my education to a new level with paramedic school and completed numerous success stories. I am very proud of my clients hard work. To summarize, I consider myself a very rounded trainer who is always looking to take his knowledge to a new level and challenge himself physically and mentally.
