My relationship with fitness started when I had my own transformation break through. When I moved back after school I injured my back, and as a result I started moving less and gained about 35lbs. I was the heaviest I had ever been, and it was very difficult for me to get motivated again. I started working with a trainer who helped progress me past my back pain and helped me feel strong again! Along with changes in my nutrition, I have lost (and kept off) 30 lbs of body fat and gained 10 lbs of muscle! I was so inspired by how this one trainer enabled me to strive for the best version of myself, I invested myself into learning everything I could about fitness and how I could help people discover their own breakthroughs themselves! I have since devoted to helping people learn to move better, feel better, eat better, and live better!
