Exercise has been a big part of my life since my late teens. It is a part of balance within yourself and also what I call The Fountain of Youth. My main motivation is my clients and members. I enjoy showing members that, yes, they can do it. The keys are Consistency--come and do something even if you don't feel like it; and Variety--once you have built a foundation there is always more to learn. Come on in and get healthy.
