Bio

I love how exercise feels and how it benefits my health and well being. That motivates me to help others find the power, strength, and confidence that working out builds. So, meet with me and explore all the ways your body is designed to move. I use an integrative approach that helps you safely gain strength and endurance and it is functional, so you can take it out of the gym and into your life!

My workouts use Pilates core training, strength and cardio exercises, agility, coordination and balance challenges and yoga stretches at the end to reward you for your hard work. Whether you are new to exercise or looking for a change up in your routine, when you build strength in your body, you walk with power in your life! I am also Pilates Mat Level I & II and Apparatus certified as well as a Blue Belt Nia Technique Dance Instructor.
