My workouts use Pilates core training, strength and cardio exercises, agility, coordination and balance challenges and yoga stretches at the end to reward you for your hard work. Whether you are new to exercise or looking for a change up in your routine, when you build strength in your body, you walk with power in your life! I am also Pilates Mat Level I & II and Apparatus certified as well as a Blue Belt Nia Technique Dance Instructor.
