Why I become a personal trainer. I was living a less than healthier life. I gained weight and smoked for more than 18 years. I had a gym membership, but I rarely went to the gym and exercised. I felt tired and had no motivation.
I decided that it was time to do something to improve my way of life. I started to exercise the best I could 3 times a week and some results started to be noticeable. Then, I got some sessions with a personal trainer from 24 Hour Fitness and learned how to exercise correctly and effectively. I got better results faster and developed a passion to live healthier.
I got so motivated that I decided to study and become a personal trainer. I practiced what I learned by training my self and friends to exercise correctly and effectively. I changed my eating habits to achieve the results I was looking for. In the process, I stopped smoking and shed about 72 pounds.
By living this new and improved way of life, I got back the energy that tobacco took away, confidence, feeling healthier and looking younger. I’ve been the fittest I have been in my life. It worked!
I was hired by 24 Hour Fitness to be part of the elite group of personal trainers at the West Covina location. Since then, it has been my personal goal to make sure my clients get the results they are looking for.
