As a senior in high school, I was overweight (215lbs) and diagnosed with high blood pressure. During this time, I became a member of 24 Hour Fitness and focused on changing my lifestyle. By eating right and following a structured workout program, I was able to lower my blood pressure and lose 50lbs!
