I was born and raised in Connecticut, where I lived a majority of my life. I moved to Florida at the age of 14 where I went to college and earned all my nationally accredited certifications. I moved to San Diego in February of 2014 to start my own life and to help people with what I am truly passionate about. I was overweight growing up and was made fun of by friends, family, and peers. I was very unhappy with whom I was, and so one day, I said enough was enough. I woke up that morning and told myself I was going to get in shape. I started off doing exercises I had seen others doing. I had no knowledge of what I was doing, but I had a goal in mind of what I wanted to look like and become. The more I exercised, the more I realized I loved doing it. I felt better mentally, and was happier with myself physically. People stopped making fun of and laughing at me, and instead started ! complementing and asking me what to do to get in shape. I worked in Sports Medicine and Rehab for two years, and am very familiar and well informed in dealing with injuries from head to toe. I have also trained athletes for sports performance in basketball, football, baseball, soccer, softball, volleyball, weightlifting, golf, tennis, and swimming. I love working with everyday people because I can easily relate to how they feel inside and out since I went through the same phase. I am an everyday person just like you. If I can do it, you can too! Let’s accomplish your goals together!
