I am an active person who enjoys the outdoors and sports. Like many, I have been through times where my motivation to exercise has dipped. At my lowest point during Culinary School I weighed 50 pounds over my ideal weight. It took a lot of personal dedication and motivation to stick with an exercise program with all the other commitments in my life. The joy that keeping an exercise program brought me once I achieved my goals is something that I wish to share with you. I will help you stay motivated, feel more comfortable and enjoy the results of exercise faster than you thought possible.
