Learning new workouts and how the body reacts to the exercise is what fuels my motivation. I started my journey 3 years ago when I found myself at the heaviest that I've ever been: I was 28 years old, weighing in at 215lbs and not feeling as good about myself as I did a few years back. It was time to take charge of my life and get back to feeling good and having more energy thoughts out the day. So I made a commitment to myself that I would be in the gym for at least cardio 7 days a week while incorporating a resistance program most of the days. After reaching my goals I continued to look for more education in the fitness feild which has lead me to working as personal trainer here at 24 hour. I am ace certified: my certificates are in personal training and Lifestyle, weight management, and nutrition.
