I was the fat one of the group I just didn’t know it. I never knew or perhaps was just in denial. In high school and throughout college I stayed active. I kept myself busy playing basketball, football, volleyball, swimming, and biking. How could I be “fat”?
Not knowing I was fat and knowing I was constantly active, I was on the seafood diet. I see the food, I eat it. Ignorance was bliss.
It didn’t really occur to me to my weight was getting out of control until I bought a size 38 pant. I was always wore a 32 most of my life. Then one day, my girlfriend bought me some shorts as a gift. SIZE 40! I couldn’t believe it, I was mad at her for thinking I was so overweight and I was ashamed that I wore and fit them! It was the shock that I needed to start my journey.
Back to a size 32 and 55lbs lighter I hope to help and guide you through your journey. The transformation won’t be easy, but we all got to start somewhere. What are you waiting for? Get up and start your journey now!
